DELOL Products offices operate Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, excluding U.S. government-observed holidays.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to feel confident trying DELOL Products. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Returns apply to the product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team at info@delolproducts.com for return instructions.

  • Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist promptly.
